Shannon R. Campbell, Esq., Associate Attorney
Shannon R. Campbell has lived in the Central Florida area for the vast majority of her life, completing her childhood education at Wekiva Elementary, Teague Middle, and Lake Brantly High schools. She went on to graduate with honors from the University of Florida in 1997 with an undergraduate degree in public relations, before moving to Asheville, North Carolina.
Shannon returned to school in 2004, to answer God’s call on her to be a lawyer. She attended Barry University School of Law part-time, graduating and passing the bar on the first try in 2008. During law school she was able to study abroad in Sydney, Australia, through Kansas State University School of Law and later in Istanbul, Turkey, through the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Law. She was blessed to learn from the Honorable Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsberg and discuss with her, personally, the issue of affirmative action in higher education.
More than 10 years of experience in family law and guardianship litigation prompted Shannon to help families steer clear of the courtroom and resolve matters more amicably whenever possible. With a focus on proactively guiding clients through life, Shannon has helped many clients, and their families avoid expensive and unnecessary legal challenges. Her practice is rooted in a comprehensive understanding of what the elderly need during the aging process and the many challenges faced by their loved ones. By prioritizing advance planning, she has helped families stay out of the judicial system and retain assets, rights and freedoms they may otherwise lose. Her commitment to active advocacy and a client-centric approach has consistently resulted in positive outcomes, making her an asset to those seeking legal counsel in all elderly law matters. Current areas of practice include Medicaid planning, special needs planning, wills, trusts, powers of attorney, real property transactions, probate, care advocacy, guardianships, contracts and more.
In addition to her law practice, Shannon is an active member of her community. She has served as a board member of the Christian Sharing Center and Ali’s Hope Foundation, and as a member of the Casselberry Planning and Zoning board, the Casselberry Charter Review Panel, the Casselberry Lakes District Community Group, and is currently a member of the Seminole County Committee on Aging, where she served as chairperson from 2022-2024.
